Wesley Chapel 2010 Holiday Festival


The Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce


is holding its Fourth Annual Holiday Festival.


This year's event will be held


Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 4:00pm - 7:30pm.


The event is once again being hosted by the GROVE at Wesley Chapel (off Wesley Grove Blvd at SR54 and I75).



This is a wonderful "give back" celebration that the Chamber holds for the community to recognize the support it provides to local businesses throughout the year. There will be give aways from local business vendors and food served by such restaurants as Saddlebrook Resort, Santo's Pizza and Pasta and Texas Roadhouse that will offer low cost food items. A percentage of all concession receipts will be donated to Lily of the Valley, a local food bank. In addition, toys will be collected for East Pasco Toys for Tots.



The event will also feature Santa arriving at 4:15 p.m. Pictures will be provided by Ritz camera and Santa will lead a pet parade. There will be live holiday entertainment from local schools and churches, and various children's crafts and activities. The festivities will include a reading of The Night Before Christmas and will conclude with the tree lighting ceremony in the Grove's center court. FREE admission to the public.



This year will also feature a pet parade. All pets wishing to participate must be registered on site by 4:20 p.m. the day of the event. Pets must be under 40 pounds and leashed. The entry fee for each pet is $1.00, and the parade begins at 4:30 p.m. Pet owners are responsible for keeping the Grove area clean. Please contact Fido’s Funland at 813-679-6871 for additional information on the parade. There will be a $50.00 PetSmart gift card for the best holiday dressed pet.
