Pasco EDC hires John Hagen to lead economic development

The Pasco Economic Development Council officially hired its top finalist, John Hagen, as its new president and chief executive officer today.

Hagen, 59, is director of the economic development for Surprise, Ariz., a city of about 110,000 that is 45 minutes away from downtown Phoenix.
